About

Enterprises are being asked to rethink how work happens around AI — faster than their operating models and governance were built to handle, and fast enough to test even a strong leader's discernment.

Underneath all that speed is an older question: how do people and organizations actually change the way they work?

I've coached executives and engineering teams, and facilitated strategy for rooms of five and rooms of five hundred. I've led change through regulated industries, inside the enterprise and from the consulting side. Across every title, the work has been the same: helping smart people see the system they're working in, decide what matters, and follow through.

Today that shows up as coaching and advising the leaders steering that work: strategy the organization can act on, and change that lasts.

I host the Leadership Explored podcast, and I work directly with a small number of leaders as a coach and advisor. If this sounds like a conversation you've been meaning to have, reach out.

How I work

How I work with people comes down to a handful of things about how I'm wired. I tend to see the system underneath a problem before I see the problem itself, and I ask the early, uncomfortable question when it matters more than moving fast. My style is warm but direct — I'll tell you what I actually see, not just what's easy to hear. And the work itself is simple to describe: you practice being the leader you want to become, one real decision at a time.
